Programme
12 pm – Welcome and chai tasting with DeRose Meditation Soho Instructors.
12:30 pm – 60-minute practice with an emphasis on breathwork, relaxation and mindfulness (but be ready to practise some physical positions as well) – suitable for all levels.
1:30 pm – Break with appetisers.
2 pm – Workshop with conceptual tools on Ancient Breathing exercises and Focus.
