Most of our actions are automatised. Even though we have an element of choice and free will, the truth is that a great deal of our behaviours and feelings are automatic (some scientists claim that up to 96% of our brain activity is automated). As a result of this, it is not uncommon to find ourselves reacting to our sensations and thoughts in ways that do not always serve us well.

Regular meditation will give you more mental clarity and awareness of conscious decision making. This in turn will naturally help you make better choices in your actions and how you feel.
