Advanced Breathwork
Breathing is the main link between your consciousness and the subconsciousness (mind and emotion). Through specific breathing exercises you become aware of the subtleties of your emotions.
Before any advance breathing exercise, you will lear breathing “re-education”, an essencial step into the science of ancient breathing exercises.
Conscious Relaxation
Conscious relaxation is an effective way to optimise your relaxation. The process is more than just about laying down and closing your eyes, as we often still hold subconscious tensions which won’t allow us to relax properly and deeply. With a specific technique you will be able to relax your body and emotions to a level that you may have never experienced before.
Meet Teacher Paulo Pacifici
Paulo is the founder of the U.K headquarters for DeRose Meditation, in Soho. He has been teaching and dedicating to the DeRose Method since 2002 . He started his training in Brazil with the most experienced teachers in this field, including Professor DeRose.
Paulo works with a diversity of students and is a personal coach to a number of well-loved celebrities and top athletes.
