Advanced Breathwork
Breathing is the main link between your consciousness and the subconsciousness (mind and emotion). Through specific breathing exercises you become aware of the subtleties of your emotions.
Conscious Relaxation
Conscious relaxation is an effective way to optimise your relaxation. The process is more than just about laying down and closing your eyes, as we often still hold subconscious tensions which won’t allow us to relax properly and deeply. With a specific technique you will be able to relax your body and emotions to a level that you may have never experienced before.
Ancient Meditation
Meditation is the highlight of our method. There are many ways one can meditate and you need to discover which approach is the most effective for you amongst the many techniques of ancient meditation that exist. In this way, through consistent practise you will gain the most wonderful experience and insight.

Meet Paulo Pacifici
Paulo is the founder of the U.K headquarters for DeRose Meditation, in Soho. He discovered the DeRose Method when he was 17 years old and knew immediately he would dedicate his future to this philosophy of life. He trained in Brazil with the most experienced teachers in this field, including Prof DeRose.
